It was value for money. I don't regret a bit staying in Al Andalus Plaza hotel. I stayed for 12 days

The hotel was really good as compared to the reviews i had read on Google for it. The rooms were clean. AC is noisy initially but it's bearable and in 50 degree heat also the AC works perfectly fine. Staff is supportive..they serve breakfast as well with additional charge. It's next to two apparel malls - Redtag and twnty4.

Laundry service is not there in hotel but they can arrange it for us and it's easily available also in nearby locality.

I would for sure visit again if they had an offer

i really like the location and the view from the balcony it was amazing, alot of space in the parking lot and most of the living needs are available

the air conditioning is very bad we waited at least 5hrs for the room to cool and we can sleep, i called room service and the receptionist 3 times and no answer, The arrangement of the room was a bit confusing.

Price is suitable for their poor facility and i won’t wonder if it would be reduced

Not matching their profile on booking.com>> no restaurants at all + gym has one device and is broken so u can say there’s no gym at all. Parking only for less than 7 cars. Room has no office desk as i mentioned my visit was for a work purpose although i booked the king suite.

Staff are okay accomodating

No parking, we moved from one room to the other AC non functioning. Hair dryer broken sheets smells smoke Lobby ok but buffet table in front of bathroom un hygienic . !!! Was just about to move out to a different hotel . Lobby rest tooms female filthy with no tissue paper no paper towel. I asked for tissue paper .I waited and waited until I decided to go to the handicapped bathroom. They need a major work and uogrades . The owner has to step up. On this if they want patrons.

Unwelcoming staff.

Unwelcoming staff. Not functional business center. Broken printer in the business center. the staff charged me for printing a few pages, after telling me that they do not have enough paper. Called for the manager and he was sleeping and unavailable before 10am. Hard uncomfortable. No room service. No daily housekeeping. Not recommended. Will not visit again

Excellent location.. everything is close by.. staff on reception are excellent. Spa is good. Neat and clean hotel. Rooms are good too.

change ur towels, should provide tea bags sugar n milk. Upgrade the shampoo n provide lotion in the bathroom. Should provide iron box too. House keeping guys need training. Need more channels on tv.

Wish we could stay for a complete day

We had requested for a family room and the actual rooms were 2 bedrooms and 2 Sitting rooms. We were transiting thru' Bahrain hence did not have much time to use the facilities.

The price and location were okay.

The bed was very hard, there was no washcloth in the bathroom, the TV did not have English channels, the bathroom toilet was leaking. The WiFi was very bad.
